Find out where my razor is
I was calling to inquire about where my foil razor was. The representative was very nice and advised it had shipped and to wait 7 to-10 business days. The website is not really customer friendly.
User's recommendation: Send the customer a tracking number so they know where their order is.
Terrible customer service
DonDo not buy from this company! A pain in the *** to return.
The dryer sucked the hot rollers barely get warm. Horrible trying to get a refund . Ive been trying for two weeks and still havent resolved .
They assure I will get a UPS return package. $300 for *** product and service.

Bad customer service
I called customer service for a warranty on my babybliss hairdryer, I bought August 7th 2023, I am a hairstylist and the blow dryer stated on fire and smoked up the entire salon. They said someone would call me back within 24-48 hours.
I never received a call back. I also went in the website and filed for warranty and have not received a response email as well.
I also gave them serial number and all warranty info.

Purchased a Babyliss Pro air styler over a year ago so it is not under warranty. I have hardly used it and all the bristles are flat or have gone inside of the barrel.
Do not purchase this product. I have pictures I will upload if allowed.

I bought the trimmers thinking I wouldve got a nice product with in mind of the price and have never had a problem in the past. They get too hot and cut clients skin.
I wouldve never thought that of such expensive equipment.
Also, its difficult to do any returns or refunds online without going to Babyliss where you only want customers to buy something. I would recommend adding how to do refunds, returns and customer service.

My straightener doesn't close evenly anymore. I'm not sure if it needs to be adjusted or what.
I would try to adjust it myself but afraid to. I love my straightener and praying y'all can fix it

4 Barrel interchangeable sizes bought for a client as she was growing out her hair so it had all the different sizes and thank goodness I was showing her how to use it before sCurling iron not working
Brought it out of the package to show her how to use it with the interchangeable barrels and it didnt work. It didnt heat up.
Expensive by and thank goodness that I didnt send her home with it. It was already embarrassing enough that I was showing her Im gonna sell it to her and it didnt work, needless to say havent seen her back. I was told when I talked to Customer Service that they would get back with me the next day they no longer had that product in stock. It was a promotion, but with that being said they werent willing to do anything about it at all nor have I heard from them sad because Ive been a client of theirs for 30+ years as Ive been a cosmetologist.
Not only myself my stylist and assistance , I make sure everyone has baby Bliss pro. I also not want to ever complain but that was a purchase that clearly didnt work right out of the box.
Hopefully Ill hear back from him and theyll make it right as being a cosmetologist customer services number one right you would think that they would know that right ? Like I said, hopefully theyll make it right

Replies back to me are absolutely appalling, emailed countless times to resolve an issue with a faulty/broken clipper, and they are not replying, been emailing for a few weeks and have heard nothing back. The clipper broke after 3 months of use due to no fault of mine and yet they dont want to hear it. Ive contacted trading standards and Lloyds bank of London in order to resolve this fraudulent case of me being sold a faulty product

i ordered a blow dryer from you guys, the rapido dryer: within four days it completely stopped blowing hot air. ive emailed and called and no response whats so ever.
i understand the holiday season but im in holiday season right now without a functioning blowdryer.
i would like a replacement or free blowdryer . i am so unhappy and i pay good money for my tools from your company but the customer service lacked on this.

Customer service placed me on hold and looked into the model number. She told me it wasn't available, and I was out of luck.
I would have to buy a new one if the universal ones do not fit. I've had it over 30 days!

Poor performance
The brush bristles are completely flat and have gone inside of the barrel. Cant use at all.
Terribl product. I hardly used it all.
Maybe 20 times. I dont have the receipt any more.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Disregard my angry post, they are swamped with calls and only have 4 representatives but the person who finally took my call was excellent and resolved my issue quick and easy.
Purchased a babyliss Pro straightener less than a year ago and it has stopped working. The number 800 326 **** does NOT work.
They answer and prompt you to choose Babyliss products and then rings and rings with no answer.
No email available that I can find either. Definitely not spending the money next time.

I tried calling numerous times and was on hold and had to hang up after over 50 mins. I finally decided to hold.
Customer service said theyll emailed me a label within 2-3 days- unbelievable! Anyways I got no label but UPS showed up at my door to collect the package. Im pissed. Horrible company.
Do not order from them . Get the product elsewhere and save your sanity.
