Hi there, I am working hairstyle and I used the Babylisspro trimmer and clipper and start give me hard time everything the clipper be charge all over and stop middle the cut and the trimmer to sound is so bad so loud I change the guard and still give me a sound so bad and I used it for 10 years thank you please

I am waiting to hear back from you on my clippers l sent pictures l havent heard back as to what they are going to do for me.
Terrible customer service and sketchy website
Babyliss would not allow me to cancel my order even though it wasn't shipped. They told me I'd have to request a refund after I received the product.
I received the product and emailed them. They told me I would receive a return label from UPS. I never received it, checked junk mail, and it wasn't there either.
Have emailed them twice since and they haven't responded. There is no way to reach out to customer service on their sketchy website either.

Products bad customer service
/Need new guards for clippers. Never heard back from them.
Had to call again. Pretty much had to teach them my still great clippers have been discontinued. That's why they can't find guards to SELL me.
DO LOVE my lightweight clippers though! Guards are not universal.
