Cannot get any help at all over the phone

I called regarding a product I purchased in Europe; the first CS person could not understand that I was providing the correct model number, and the second CS person said I have to call the office in Canada. The office in Canada said they can't help me because I am located in the US.

So, ultimately, ZERO customer service was provided. What a waste of time & money that they even pay people to answer the phone...

The woman that I spoke with knew nothing about the products. She transferred me to the retail sales division.

I received a recording asking to supply the extension of the person that I wanted to speak with.

Very frustrating. Poor customer service!!!

I bought the trimmers thinking I wouldve got a nice product with in mind of the price and have never had a problem in the past. They get too hot and cut clients skin.

I wouldve never thought that of such expensive equipment.

Also, its difficult to do any returns or refunds online without going to Babyliss where you only want customers to buy something. I would recommend adding how to do refunds, returns and customer service.

Sent all info requested regarding flat iron failure.
Item had a 4 year warranty. It was about 1 year
Old and failed. Made a call and submitted model number and special serial numbers. Was told I
Would hear from them in 72 hours.
Never heard. e-mailed them and complained about
Non response. They said they would submit problem for review and I would hear in 72 hours.
Not a peep from them.
I spent 159.00 for this product and am sorely
Disappointed in this company!!!!
