Products bad customer service
/Need new guards for clippers. Never heard back from them.
Had to call again. Pretty much had to teach them my still great clippers have been discontinued. That's why they can't find guards to SELL me.
DO LOVE my lightweight clippers though! Guards are not universal.

Motor gone on clippers

I did not receive the clippers, trimmers, or the complimentary flat iron. I am very upset, as that is $400 that I worked very hard for, just gone!

They are loud. Has anyone else complained about the same thing? I sent my receipt, but that was still not enough.

- Are hard to find out why they are so loud and taking the blade off can be difficult

I received a recording asking to supply the extension of the person that I wanted to speak with.
Very frustrating. Poor customer service!!!

I bought the hot air brush and Im not satisfied with the product at ALL. Trying to return it its been a completely nightmare.
They simply dont answer calls, dont reply email. When I was lucky to get my call answered, was told to wait 3 days for the return label and here I am one week later in another 50+ minutes call still waiting for someone to pick up the call.

Clippers keep cutting off

I have a lot of clipper and I use Babyliss for most of my cuts. But I and starting to have issues with them cutting off in the middle of haircuts.
I love this product but after i sent in a pair of my clippers to the warranty dept. I was disappointed with my service and they replaced my clippers with a different pair that I didn't buy. So I was very unhappy with that after waiting for the pair that i bought.
I would like to see some more appreciation and have my clippers replaced with what I bought and to get the others replaced or fixed by babyliss. I Have been a big supporter and salesman for this product.

Poor customer service
I called and emailed about a babybliss blowdryer that started on fire and amooed my entire salon. I purchased at Cosmo prof August 7th 2023.
They said someone would get back to me with in 24-48 hours, no return call
Also submitted warranty online and still no response.

I called regarding a product I purchased in Europe; the first CS person could not understand that I was providing the correct model number, and the second CS person said I have to call the office in Canada. The office in Canada said they can't help me because I am located in the US.
So, ultimately, ZERO customer service was provided. What a waste of time & money that they even pay people to answer the phone...
- Blow dryer was great until it broke
- Only solution is to purchase another blow dryer for 200 usd

No one has gotten back to me.
Bought product wanted to sell to client, but never worked apparently in the shipping process it was damaged to the cord need replacement of the product! I dont still have receipt but in my 30 plus years as a cosmetologist I have only bought baby bliss products & never had issues like this.
Not working when brand new! How embarrassing to me as stylist trying to sell & it doesnt even work when showing her how it should work!!!
- In the 30 years i have been doing hair i use their products
- Hopefully they make it right or elsenot happy nor will i continue buying

I use a lot of babyliss products I have no complaints but I blame my self working so much with them so I appreciate when I damage them that Im insured to still provide great service
